What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

Free Delivery is available to the metropolitan areas and Suburb area within Hong Kong, please refer to the Free Delivery page if the delivery region and/or schedule is covered.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

We accept the most major credit cards from PayPal, also we support the order is being paid by Apple Pay

Please note that transactions will be in Hong Kong Dollars and may be susceptible to your card issuers currency conversion rates.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

Savor Flowers values its customers and respects their privacy. Any information we collect about you is held with the utmost care and security.

We uses SSL protocol to encrypt data during network transmission to protect your personal data to ensure that all transactional information is protected. Included transactional information includes credit card details, personal contact information, and other order delivery information.

Also, Savor Flowers does not store your credit card information when your order is completed.

You can contact our customer service representative if you have any concern. Again, your privacy and security are our first priority.

What exactly happens after ordering?

We will send an email to confirm your order within an hour you placed your order. Please contact our customer service representative if you have yet to receive email confirmation

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

We will send an email to confirm your order with the invoice within an hour you placed your order. Also, the payment process company will send you the invoice about the order. Please contact our customer service representative if you have yet to receive email confirmation

Can I change or cancel the order after the order been placed?

Orders may be amended or cancelled up to 48 hours before the intended delivery date.

You can contact our customer service representative to amend or cancel your order.

We reserve the rights to charge $100 as part of administrative fees, if we receive your cancellation request within 48 hours of delivery time.

However, in the case that we have already purchase packaging materials and flowers, we may be unable to cancel your order. This is also the case if the package has already been shipped. You will be required to pay the full value of the purchase.

What should I do if I would like to ship the order to multiple delivery address?

Our system would be able to handle 1 order per delivery address. In case you would like to ship the order to multiple delivery addresses, you may need to separate the order into different addresses. If you had placed the order and you would like us to ship to multiple addresses, please contact our customer service representative to amend the order. Please note, extra delivery charges will apply per delivery address if the address does not covered by Metropolitan Area Free Delivery.
